Matthew Samuelson is one of Raw Foodini’s pioneering associates, having been at the forefront of the Raw Food War in recent years. Head chef at the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, CA, and groundbreaking gourmet chef, Matt has worked as a personal chef for the likes of movie stars Woody Harrelson, Sir Ben Kingsley and Emily Mortimer.
